Tender Greens in Burbank has completed their last round of hiring and is set to open the first week of June at 325 N. San Fernando Road.  In a written statement, Tender Greens co-owner Erik Oberholtzer says, “We've wanted to open a location in this area for a while and we finally found the perfect spot for us in the Burbank neighborhood that's ideal and convenient for local residents, a great lunch and dinner spot for the nearby businesses and studios, and a comfortable place to grab a bite to eat for shoppers and movie-goers.”

Meanwhile, the Studio City opening at 12050 Ventura Blvd., which was previously set to open in June, has been pushed to the end of July. According to a license filed with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Tender Greens will be replacing Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza.
