Kaileigh Brielle opened Suck It Sweets in Studio City’s Tujunga Village back in 2011 and has since become quite the success with her Sucksicles—frozen treats she created on a stick. There are about 200 seasonal flavors in rotation, made in small batches and gluten-free. Recent seasonal flavors include: raspberry hibiscus, Vietnamese coffee, peppermint cream with chocolate cookie crust, coconut cream, coconut cordial, strawberry cheesecake, apple pie, apple pie a la mode, strawberry balsamic, cherry pie, sour plum, orange and mandarin, triple berry cobbler, raspberry cream, ginger limeade, blueberry hibiscus, lemon cream, Mexican hot chocolate and avocado. She’s even created a pickle flavor.
Now Kaileigh is aiming to expand her biz and bring her Sucksicles to the streets with a 1961 Shasta Airflyte trailer (seen above), which she has affectionately dubbed the “Sucksy Beast.” She’s asking for help from her fans to raise $30,000 in 30 days in order to renovate and outfit the trailer with a freezer, love seat (shaped like lips), bar area and more.
