What would you like kids and parents to know about your business?
“Cali Camp is a nurturing environment where children are free to dream, supported by caring staff members as they make new friends, grow confident from sharing adventures and learn to appreciate one another. Each camper will experience a dazzling variety of activities to express their individual interests and curiosity. Every camper can connect with the environment’s wonder and reclaim the joy it offers.”
What are the most important skills for people who want to work successfully with children?
“At Cali Camp, we encourage children to be kind to one another. We teach them how to make friends and celebrate their differences. Our staff members have great listening skills. We celebrate positive interactions publicly and handle behavior difficulties individually.”
What does it take to be the best in the business?
“It takes a beautiful facility that outshines all the rest and a hand-picked, well-trained staff with a combined total of hundreds of years of experience!”
What do kids love most about your camp?
“Children who return to Cali Camp year after year do so for the never-ending adventures and the people—the staff members who have helped them grow up, guiding them through summer experiences, the lasting friendships and lifelong memories.”
What’s most rewarding about your work?
“Knowing that you are making a difference in the lives of children and young adults by sharing life skills to help them succeed as leaders in the future.”
