Eureka! at Westfield Topanga has added new goodies to their food and beverage menu. New seasonal dishes include crispy glazed brussels sprouts, lobster tacos, mac ‘n’ cheese, slow roasted pork ribs and chocolate torte. All are served with a Eureka twist: The mac ‘n’ cheese, for example, features orecchiette pasta with bacon and fritos, and the sprouts come topped with macadamia nuts.

Eureka is also adding three new “mocktails” to its “craft-focused beverage program” (this sounds like there might be a quiz at the end). Newcomers include the Beet Detox, the Cold Brew Old-Fashioned with house-made simple syrup and Aztec chocolate bitters, and ginger lime soda, the nonalcoholic answer to Eureka’s Moscow Mule.
