Readers have emailed requesting how to make those boozy milkshakes from The Counter, so we asked if they could share some recipes. Check out the sweet ‘n’ saucy drinks below.

Chocolate-Cherry Pinot Noir
8 ounces vanilla ice cream
3 ounces pinot noir
2 ounces cherry pie filling
1 ounce chocolate syrup
4 ounces whipped cream
Blend ice cream, wine, cherries and chocolate in a blender until thoroughly combined. Pour into a 16- ounce pint glass. Garnish with whipped cream.
Salted Caramel
10 ounces vanilla ice cream
1.5 ounces vanilla vodka
5 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
2 ounces caramel
5 mini-pretzels
2 ounces whipped cream (as garnish)
1 mini-pretzel (as garnish)
Add vodka, Baileys, caramel, five crumbled mini-pretzels and ice cream into a blender and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a 16- ounce pint glass and top with whipped cream and one crumbled pretzel on top.
Mimosa Shake
10 ounces vanilla ice cream
2 ounces orange juice
3 ounces sparkling wine or Champagne
Add all ingredients to blender and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into a 16- ounce pint glass and top with whipped cream.
