On Thursday (July 23) at 7:30 p.m., Studio City's Artisan Cheese Gallery will offer a class called All About Cheese, where you can learn some basics on sheep, cow and goat cheeses, says Artisan owner Shelley Janson. Shelley plans to offer a cheese class once a month: "Educating the community on cheese and wines is something I want Artisan to be known for." She adds that "sampling is a must" (our favorite part of cheese education). RSVPs are also a must, as the class is limited to 30.
