Star chef Ludovic “Ludo” Lefebvre, a San Fernando Valley resident who co-owns Trois Mec, Petit Trois and Trois Familia with fellow chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, is opening a second, larger Petit Trois, bringing classic French food to Sherman Oaks. Ludo and his partners will take over an existing restaurant in June, at which point they’ll assess the necessary renovation and decide when it’s realistic to re-open the mystery space.
In other Ludo news, he will be starring in eight episodes of The Mind of a Chef, a popular show from Zero Point Zero Production that spotlights the creative process of two high-profile chefs per season. Season 5 will begin airing in this fall.
