What a tease!  You can imagine our excitement when we first heard that construction was beginning on a second location of Joan’s On Third in Studio City.  That news, however, was months ago and there haven’t been any further announcements.  We got into a little gumshoe action over the weekend, and have to report that it appears little progress has been made on the build-out.  It looks like we’re going to have to wait a while to get our hands on their breakfast sandwiches and lemon bars.  Until then, we promise to keep you updated on the progress.
